Linn Valley Cabin Statement

Linn Valley Lakes offers two cabins and a duplex cabin available for rent by property owners in good standing. One cabin is located near the front entrance behind the Community Center, while the other cabin and the duplex are located in the campground.

Rental Rates:

Cabins A & B - Large Cabins, Sleeps up to 6 people (Maximum Occupancy: 6 persons)

April 1 – September 30: $60.00 per night

October 1 – March 31: $50.00 per night

Pet fee is $20 per night

Amenities: One full-size bed, Built-in bunk beds, Fold-out futon, Kitchen with cooktop range, oven, and small refrigerator, Bathroom with shower stall, stool, and lavatory

Rental Rates: 

Cabin C & D - Duplex Cabins (Per Side), Sleeps up to 4 people (Maximum Occupancy 4 persons)

April 1 – September 30: $50.00 per night

October 1 – March 31: $40.00 per night

Amenities: Fold-out sofa, Built-in bunk beds, Kitchen with cooktop range and small refrigerator.

Reservation Policy: All reservations must be made by a property owner who is current on all assessments. Reservations must be made through the POA office at 913-757-4591 by the property owner host.

**Special Note: Holiday reservations are not accepted prior to January 1st of the year in which the holiday takes place.**

Guests are not allowed to operate personal boats, PWC or any off-road vehicles on common properties.  Those privileges are reserved for Property Owners Only.
