ATV's & Golf Carts

New For 2024 – Golf Cart Registration – All Property Owners that drive/own a golf cart at Linn Valley Lakes must register their golf cart at the Linn Valley Lakes POA Office.  The Board of Directors has established a permit/registration fee of $25 per year per golf cart.  All property owners must present a paper copy of proof of ownership or a signed affidavit of ownership and a paper copy of liability insurance.  NO guest golf carts are allowed on the roads at Linn Valley Lakes.

New For 2024 – UTV’s/ATV’s/Mini Bikes/Etc – All property owners must register, or re-register, their UTV’s/ATV's/Mini Bikes/Etc that are operated on the roads of Linn Valley Lakes - at the Linn Valley Lakes POA Office.  All property owners must present a paper copy of proof of ownership and a paper copy of liability insurance.  The registration fee is $25 per UTV/ATV/Mini Bike/Etc.

ATV'S - All Terrain Vehicle shall also include all those vehicles commonly referred to as "go-karts" and "dirt bikes" which are not otherwise registered with the state of Kansas. To register your ATV you must provide proof of ownership and proof of liability insurance.  You will be issued two identification stickers that should be affixed on the front of the ATV in plain sight and on the rear in plain sight.  

Operators of any ATV must be a minimum of 14 years of age and accompanied by and within 100 foot sight distance of an individual over the age of 18.

ATV's must obey all traffic laws and speed limits.
