Agenda Request

If you want to be placed on the Agenda for a Board Meeting please fill out this form and bring it into the POA office or scan and email it to [email protected]  The Board of Directors will review the request at the next meeting and decide if this is something that needs to be discussed, it will then be placed on the next meeting.  This is a two month process.  

Members are more than welcome to come to any meeting and ask the Board of Directors questions during open section after all Agenda items have been discussed.
